The production process of backpacks for different purposes is similar and basically inseparable from stitching. As for the quality of the finished backpack, it depends on the fabric and the skill of the sewing machine. The details determine success or failure.
It is understood that the commonly used fabrics and fabrics for backpacks include DuPont nylon fabric, Oxford nylon fabric, high-density nylon fabric, Oxford polyester fabric, high-density polyester fabric, and adhesive nylon fabric
1.Cutting is an indispensable process. The entire piece of cloth is cut into small pieces according to the specifications as needed, which correspond to various parts of the backpack, such as the mesh pocket, rain cover, helmet cover... Of course, when cutting, enough space must also be reserved for easy sewing.
2.The inner lining of the backpack is sewn and used for the interior of the backpack to facilitate the placement of items and accessories.
3.Suture each part one by one. In the workshop, every part of the backpack is sewn by fixed tailors, most of whom are women. They have been in this industry for many years or even longer, and have long been skilled with agile hands and feet. The stitching is clean and smooth, without any procrastination. Usually, several tailors work together to form an assembly line, which is manually sewn using a sewing machine. After several steps, the prototype of the backpack can only be seen, and the production capacity cannot match other mechanical and chemical techniques.
4.This is already an embryonic inner pocket, which has undergone at least three processes.
5.Starting from this, the backpack has been assembled and the entire interior sewn together. Throughout the entire production process, skilled tailors cannot do without a sewing machine.
6.The front back of the backpack should consider the placement of internal objects, so the lining is an important component of the computer backpack.
7. After stitching various parts together, the backpack is formed, but in actual operation, it's not something that can be done in just a few words.
8.You may think that the production of a backpack is just a sewing process, but it involves hundreds of processes. In this entire process, the master who sews in the next step will inspect the sewn products from the previous step and promptly eliminate inferior products. Of course, the final product also needs to undergo continuous thread repair, bag flipping, and other follow-up work.
9. When line work is finished, then pack by polybags and put them into cartons, then send to Tianjin Port. ( Xingang Port).
